The maintenance of bleached fabrics mainly includes the following aspects:

Avoid prolonged exposure to light: Bleached fabrics May undergo photosensitive degradation of fluorescent whitening agents under prolonged light exposure, resulting in yellowing of the color light. Therefore, bleached fabrics should be avoided from prolonged exposure to sunlight and preferably stored in a cool and ventilated place.

Control water quality: Using poor water quality for bleaching May cause yellowing of fabrics, as divalent iron ions in the water are oxidized to trivalent iron ions, forming yellow spots. It is recommended to use oxalic acid to treat water quality and remove iron ions before bleaching.

Reasonable use of bleach: Excessive use of bleach can cause yellowing of fabrics. The dosage of whitening agent should be controlled and thoroughly cleaned after bleaching to remove residual bleaching agent and other chemicals.

Control processing temperature and time: Processing bleached fabrics in high temperature environments can cause fiber oxidation and residual hydrogen peroxide, resulting in yellowing. It is recommended to use low-temperature carbon six waterproofing agent for waterproofing processing, and control the processing temperature at 100-110 ℃.

Keep the storage environment cool and dry: The high temperature and humidity of the storage environment can accelerate the yellowing of the fabric. Keeping the storage environment cool and dry can effectively delay the yellowing time of fabrics.

Using anti yellowing agents: Using anti phenol yellowing agents and nylon high-temperature anti yellowing agents can slow down the yellowing rate of fabrics at high temperatures or during storage.
